Hormuz Island, located in the Strait of Hormuz off the coast of Iran, attracts travelers with its unique natural beauty and contrasting landscapes. This small area of approximately 40 square kilometers seems to combine several worlds: here you can find red beaches, salt pans, and valleys with a vibrant color palette.

One of the most impressive spots is Rainbow Valley, where natural mineral layers create multicolored stripes—from green and orange to purple and pink. Equally famous is the salt mountain, known as the "Goddess of Salt": its crystalline structure sparkles in the sun, and locals attribute special properties to the place.
Of particular interest is the Red Beach, a stretch of coastline with a richly colored sand due to its high iron content. During precipitation, the water here takes on a scarlet hue and flows down the slopes, creating spectacular natural "streams" that appear almost surreal.

Reaching the island is not easy: its strategic location limits tourist access. Nevertheless, Hormuz remains a magnet for those seeking rare natural phenomena and off-the-beaten-path routes that can surprise even seasoned travelers.
