Las Vegas is a foodie's paradise, which shouldn't be surprising considering all the money that flows into the city. People want fantastic food when they're on vacation, celebrating a casino win, getting married in Vegas, or throwing millions at the blackjack table. Public figures and millionaires want only celebrity chefs to cook for them. Every trip to Vegas has the potential to reveal new and exciting restaurants, from private bars to world-class sushi restaurants.

Eating in Las Vegas is not always on a budget. You definitely can't save money on food if you want to eat well. Treat yourself to world-class cuisine and enjoy life!Best Restaurants for Eating in Las Vegas
Firefly (3900 Paradise Rd.)

A favorite among locals, Firefly is a popular after-dinner spot. Its signature dish is bacon-wrapped dates with blue cheese, which tastes unmatched. The white sangria here is also very flavorful and thirst-quenching, with just the right blend of wine and fruit.

The Peppermill (2985 Las Vegas Boulevard South)

Peppermill has something that reminds you of old Vegas. Maybe it's the neon decor or the people drinking at midday. Visiting Peppermill will be like traveling back to 1978. Small portions of food. Many of today's bands like to come here.

American Fish (Aria Resort and Casino)

If you are looking for world-class seafood, then visit the American Fish restaurant. It is first-class, always great and beautiful. The seafood dishes, caviar and rainbow trout are especially delicious.

Nobu (Hard Rock Casino)

There are Nobu Japanese restaurants all over the world, but the one in Las Vegas is the best. The quality of the fish here is always first-rate. Nobu offers a wide variety of fish that you don’t see on the menu of “regular” sushi places, so there is always something unique to try. Nobu in Vegas is quite small, but the atmosphere is amazing.Best Restaurants for Eating in Las Vegas
Yellowtail (The Bellagio)

Probably the second best sushi place in Vegas is a Japanese fusion restaurant called Yellowtail located in Bellagio. It is almost exclusively sushi, unlike Nobu which offers other Japanese dishes. There are a few snack options, but Yellowtail is the place to go for the amazing sushi. The decor is equally stunning and the open space allows you to watch people go by.

Aureole (Mandalay Bay)

What's especially nice about Aureola is the four-story glass wine tower, where "wine fairies" on ropes ascend and descend to retrieve bottles of the grape spirit. As with all casino restaurants, the food is delicious. It offers modern American cuisine.

Otto (The Palazzo)

Otto is the home of Mario Batali's delicious pizza in the Palazzo. The chef really knows his Italian dishes. There is also a huge selection of pastas and salads if pizza is not your thing. Otto also offers an "open" kitchen, which allows you to see how everything goes during the preparation of the dishes.Best Restaurants for Eating in Las Vegas
Sirio (Aria Resort and Casino)

The food in this restaurant is the best Italian food you will ever eat (outside of Italy, of course). The pasta is homemade, flavorful, and served in huge portions. You will find food with a very traditional Italian flavor here.

Lemongrass (Aria Resort and Casino)

When it comes to Thai food, there are plenty of places in every city, but you will definitely like Lemongrass, perhaps because the chefs are actually Thai and know what they are doing. This is where you will be treated to good Thai iced tea.
