What to pack for Egypt? What should you take with you and what should you leave behind? Just remember that while Egypt is indeed a very modern country where you can buy almost anything, there are a few essential items you will want to take with you. A pair of lightweight pants made of breathable fabrics such as cotton or linen will be comfortable and practical for sightseeing. These can be worn in the evening with a good top.
