Female passport applicants from Kemerovo often submit intimate photographs in their applications, expert Evgeny Nevzorov reported at a press conference for the Federal Migration Service for the Kemerovo Region.
Nevzorov said that Kemerovo residents often treat passport applications as a joke, attaching ridiculous photographs that show only one ear, nose, or eye.
Kemerovo women also send photos of a clearly intimate nature. Nevzorov recounted a recent case in which a woman submitted a photo of herself in a sex shop outfit along with her passport application.
