As it became known from regional media reports, construction work has begun on Marshal Zhukov Street in Orenburg to build a four-star hotel of the international Hilton Garden Inn chain. According to preliminary information, construction of the Hilton hotel in Orenburg is planned to be completed in 2017.
The Hilton hotel in Orenburg will be the fifth property operating under the Hilton Garden Inn brand in Russia. Similar hotels were previously opened in Moscow, Perm, Krasnodar and Novosibirsk.
According to the design documentation, the Hilton hotel building in Orenburg will consist of eight floors, which will house 109 rooms (3 of which have an improved layout and 2 rooms for the disabled), a 250-seat conference hall, several fitness rooms, a bar and a restaurant. The total estimated cost of the hotel project is about half a billion rubles.
Let us recall that preliminary agreements on the construction of the Hilton hotel in Orenburg were reached within the framework of the investment business forum held in Sochi in 2013.
