The cruise company Passat Kreuzfahrten GmbH, whose head office is located in Germany, recently declared itself bankrupt.
Passat Kreuzfahrten GmbH, a company specializing in online sales of cruise tours, has unexpectedly gone bankrupt. The owner of the company, Indian-born businessman Pradeep Agrawal, has already filed for bankruptcy. Information about the trial was confirmed to the German travel publication Travel-One by the law firm Schwierholz Jarchow Scholz, which will represent the interests of bankrupt company in a court.
Earlier, Pradeep Agrawal had planned to transfer the Delphin cruise liner from the German tourist market to the Indian one, but these plans were not destined to come true. The cruise company was unable to pay the costs of maintaining and transporting the ship, and had difficulty finding potential customers. Since September, the Passat Kreuzfahrten office has been closed, and its 11 employees have been left without work.
