European tourism industry experts analyzed a huge number of tourist reviews to find out which country's hotel staff is the most polite, friendly and helpful to customers. According to the results of the study, Austria took first place, with the hospitality of its hotel staff rated at 95.5 points out of a possible 100.
Italy came in second place, losing to Austria by only 0.2 points (result 95.3), and Irish hotels came in third place in the hospitality rating, with a score of 95.1 points.
It should be noted that all the TOP-10 leaders are located very close together, which indicates a virtually equal level of service in hotels in EU countries. Thus, France, which took 10th place, scored 94.1 points, which is only slightly inferior to the indicators of the top three.
Unfortunately, Russia together with Ukraine and Bulgaria was located at the very “tail” of the list, which, in principle, did not surprise anyone.
