A unique women-only beach complex has opened in Dubai. The new private beach in the Al Mamzar district is the first such project in the world to welcome female visitors 24/7 and offer a completely private experience.
The approximately 125 square meter area is equipped with high fences and modern security systems. Photography and videography are strictly prohibited on the beach, and intelligent monitoring systems maintain order. A unique feature of the project is that the entire staff—from lifeguards to security guards—is comprised entirely of women.
The new recreation area is part of a large-scale program to modernize Dubai's coastline. The emirate's authorities hope the project will attract both local residents and tourists who prefer a more secluded and comfortable seaside experience.
One of the complex's key features is the opportunity for night swimming. Special safe areas have been set up for female visitors, allowing them to relax even after sunset. A children's section has also been added. Boys are only allowed in the area until they are six years old, and only when accompanied by their mothers.
While the UAE already has dedicated women's beach days and private areas, this new facility is the first space entirely dedicated to women, 24/7. Tourism industry experts believe this format could become a new trend for Middle Eastern resorts, where demand for private family vacations and high-quality amenities is growing.
