The youngest son of the legendary Latin American revolutionary Che Guevara has launched a profitable business by founding a travel agency specializing in motorcycle tours of his father's battlefield glory in Cuba.
A lawyer by training, 49-year-old Ernesto Guevara founded the travel company "La Poderosa Tours", which offers tourists an unforgettable motorcycle tour of Cuba lasting 6-9 days and costing from 3 to 000 US dollars.
The bike tours in Cuba use Harley-Davidson motorcycles as a means of transport. The guide is Camilo Sanchez, son of the equally famous revolutionary Antonio Sanchez Diaz (better known as "Marcos").
As part of the motorcycle excursion, tourists are offered to visit the colonial fortress of San Carlos de la Cabaña, the commandant's office of which was captured by guerrillas led by Che Guevara on January 3, 1959. There is also the opportunity to take a motorcycle tour starting from Havana to Santa Clara, where the remains of Che Guevara are buried.
