Ivanka Trump was recently appointed assistant to the president, which is probably a great opportunity for the cartoon's creators to make fun of him.
The end of the video shows the show's regular characters, Marge and Homer Simpson, watching the news on TV on their couch at home. Marge complains that she doesn't have any antidepressants.
