According to representatives of Russia's leading air carrier Aeroflot, the conflict between the company and tour operator Tez Tour has been resolved, and the latter has been reconnected to the airline booking system.
Aeroflot representatives announced that tour operator Tez Tour has repaid its 30 million ruble debt to the airline, and nothing now stands in the way of their continued fruitful cooperation.
Meanwhile, the leadership Tez Tour Tez-Tour, represented by its CEO, Vladimir Kaganer, continues to insist that the tour operator has no and never has had any debts to Aeroflot, and that the airline's refusal to book winter flights is motivated by Tez-Tour's inability to provide firm guarantees that winter flights will be filled with tourists.
In this situation, it's clear that one side, to put it mildly, isn't being entirely honest with journalists and the public. However, it seems we'll never know the true cause of the conflict...
Mr. Kaganer assured the company's clients who have already purchased international tours for the winter season that, due to the renewed partnership with Aeroflot, they will not have to rebook their international flights with other airlines. The head of Tez Tour emphasized that the situation is under control, and even if the relationship with Aeroflot is severed, other Russian air carriers have expressed their willingness to transport the tour operator's clients to any airport worldwide on their scheduled flights.
