Many travelers may claim that Oludeniz is the most beautiful Turkish resort they have ever seen. However, the world-famous lagoon is not in great demand among Russian travelers
The Blue Lagoon of Oludeniz is located fifteen kilometers from Fethiye. It is surrounded by mountains on each side, so gusty winds are unknown here. The city is divided into two halves: the mountainous area and the immediate lagoon. The first part is in the mountains and consists of hotels and shops. To get to the second part of the city, you need to go down the stairs to the reservoir. There are about fifty small hotels on the coast, where tourists like to stay in order to be in minimal proximity to the lagoon. The nature here is fabulous, as all residential complexes are buried in dense greenery. Life on the embankment is in full swing day and night. However, there are no noisy parties and discos here, as the resort implies a quiet holiday.
Don't miss the opportunity to drive around the bay area and admire it from the mountain. The road stretches along the cliff. The largest hotel is located here. Local attractions include the Valley of Butterflies, which is a completely enclosed bay with dense flora and a beautiful waterfall. This natural wonder can only be reached by sea. The attraction is named after tiger butterflies, which live here in large numbers from June to October. Oludeniz also has one of the best beaches Turkey. Paradise landscapes open up everywhere in the Blue Valley. On the mountain heights there are many cafes with observation platforms, where you can not only have a tasty snack, but also admire the local panorama.
