According to updated information, 16 residents of Gurevsk purchased a group tour to Antalya for August 6-13, 2014 through the intermediary of the tour operator ZAO Labirint-T, the travel agency Byuro Puteshestvii. When the tour was paid for and the would-be tourists had already received their insurance policies, airline tickets and vouchers, Labirint declared bankruptcy (as is now fashionable to say, suspension of operations).

Now the affected clients are asking the court to recover from the defendant the full cost of the group tour to Turkey (314 rubles), plus 713 rubles per person in compensation for moral damages and the interest established by law for the use of other people's financial resources.

It should be noted that the Gurevsky District Court recognized the claims of the affected clients of Labyrinth as justified and scheduled a hearing on this case for October 8.
