The mayor of Bafra (Samsun Province, Türkiye) Zihni Sahin is holding talks in Cappadocia in order to then adopt the experience of organizing air tours and organize hot air balloon tours in his province.
Mayor Sahin met with Cappadocian specialists who are involved in the organization air toursThis is how he tells Turkish media journalists about his trip:
"We want to offer something new in our city to increase its tourism potential by expanding the choice. One of the new things could be hot air balloon rides. According to the research, Bafra can host such tours. We are currently working in two directions, on the one hand, to meet all the requirements for permission, and on the other, to obtain this permission.”
"We are particularly keen to offer aerial tours over the Kızılırmak Delta and the Kush Cenneti National Park. We have specifically consulted with Cappadocia. We met with their specialists and in 10 days they will pay a return visit to Bafra. I was accompanied on the trip by Burhan Apaydin and Haydar Aksu, who have ideas and knowledge on the issue under discussion. I thank them for their support and interest in the matter. God willing, this innovation will appear in Bafra", — the mayor summed up.
