However, given the hotel's financial problems and huge number of rooms, it is impossible to believe that this information is true.
Last year, Mardan Palace was transferred to the guardianship of national banks due to high debt. Perhaps this is the reason why the current management is blocking attempts to book rooms for the near future. Unfortunately, after the property nationalization, the financial problems have not been resolved. Moreover, in this case, hotel values are no longer even secondary, since the functionality and existence of the huge complex are at stake.
The history of the five-star hotel, located in Kundya (Antalya), began 8 years ago. Former billionaire from Russia Telman Ismailov allocated a crazy amount of money to create Mardan Palace, and in honor of the opening he organized almost a city-scale celebration. Over the years, it became increasingly difficult to manage such a giant, and closer to the transfer of the hotel to the care of banks, tourists began to destroy the image of the hotel with numerous reviews on the relevant resources.
