As reported in a video report by the 1+1 TV News Service, about 180 Ukrainian tourists have been unable to check into their rooms in one of the hotels in Antalya, Turkey, for four days now.
The hotel owners are adamant. They claim that the Ukrainian tour operator failed to fulfill the terms of the contract and did not transfer the money for the tourists' accommodation. The tour operator's representatives, in turn, refer to an unexpected failure in the banking system, as a result of which the allegedly transferred money "stuck".
Ukrainian tourists have been wandering around different hotels for four days, where they are transported every day. Some of the Ukrainian citizens have been given shelter by sympathetic Turkish families.
According to TSN, vacationers made multiple attempts to call the emergency line to the employees of the Ukrainian Embassy in the Republic of Turkey, but no one picked up the phone…
