According to Bakibayeva, all the problems that have arisen with the accommodation of Kazakh tourists in Turkish hotels are connected with the tension that has arisen in the partnership relations with Turkish colleagues from the company "Trek Travel International". Nevertheless, all 47 citizens of Kazakhstan, who are currently in Turkey on "Almaz Tourism" vouchers, are currently accommodated in hotels. However, some tourists received rooms in hotels that were not at all those that were stipulated in the terms of the tour, - admits Bakibayeva.

According to the head of Almaz Tourism, an emergency telephone line has been set up for tourists, and the issue of resuming charter flights to Turkey is being actively addressed.

Ms. Bakibayeva especially emphasized that the company is fully aware of its guilt in the current situation and is not going to hide from its clients. All Kazakhstanis who cannot return to their homeland due to the cancellation of charters will be transported home on regular flights of other airlines. Ainur Bakibayeva also announced compensation for the financial losses of the company's clients, which they were forced to incur in Turkey.
