On Friday, August 29, a meeting was held between representatives of the large Turkish construction company Ilbay Insaat and the acting governor of the Oryol region, Vadim Potomsky. Following the meeting, a preliminary agreement was reached on the participation of the Turkish company in the construction of several tourist facilities in the region.
Ilbay Insaat has been active in the Turkish and international markets since 1993. Over more than 20 years of successful operation, the company has participated in the construction of large residential, social and industrial facilities in Istanbul, Moscow, Tobolsk and elsewhere.
In a conversation with journalists, Vadim Potomsky noted that Ilbay Insaat will build not only tourist facilities (hotels, hotel complexes, recreation centers, etc.), but also social institutions and residential buildings. According to preliminary information, at the initial stage, the Turkish company Ilbay Insaat will invest about 2 billion rubles in the construction of tourist and social facilities in the Oryol region.
