Today, August 11, the first regular flight Simferopol-Istanbul with a technical stop in Anapa will take place. The air carrier is Grozny Avia, which made a test flight on the specified route on July 19.
It should be noted that after Crimea left Ukraine, no international flights were operated from Simferopol airport. However, now, in addition to regular flights to Istanbul, Turkey, it is also planned to establish air communication with Yerevan and Tel Aviv. According to preliminary information, Rosaviatsia has already issued all the necessary permits to the Crimean authorities in this regard.
As for the Turkish direction, the commercial director of Grozny Avia, Sergei Petrov, noted in one of his recent interviews the real excitement among the citizens of Crimea regarding tickets for the Simferopol-Istanbul flight.
