The popular five-star Xanadu Resort, located in the fashionable resort of Belek in Antalya, celebrated its 1th birthday on Sunday, June 14. A month before that, in April of this year, the hotel became part of the famous Turkish chain OTI.
The organization of the official part of the celebration was undertaken by the representative of the new owners of the hotel, OTI holding, coordinator for the development of the hotel sector Yusuf Hadjisuleiman.
The opening anniversary celebrations began with daytime entertainment, which culminated in a lavish banquet and a rousing party at the nightclub. In addition to the hotel guests and staff, the birthday celebrations were attended by eminent Belek businessmen and members of the board of directors of OTI Holding, which acted as the host.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oti Holding Ayhan Bektaş noted in his speech that with the acquisition of Xanadu Resort, the number of hotels owned by the company increased to 4, and the total number of rooms increased to 1797. As Bektaş stated, in 2014 OTI will continue to pursue its expansion strategy in the hotel business.
