A flagrant case of deception of elderly clients by a travel agency occurred in Novosibirsk. The head of the travel agency "Kaissa-Tours" Svetlana Isaeva collected money from six pensioners, promising them a heavenly vacation in Spain, and disappeared...

Travel agency deceived pensioners

As reported by Komsomolskaya Pravda, the pensioners were supposed to go to Spain on August 28, but the director of the Kaissa-Tours company said that Novosibirsk residents must pay an additional 4 thousand rubles to make the cherished trip, which was postponed to September 4.

After this, representatives of Kaissa-Tours informed the pensioners that they had to add another 79.8 thousand rubles to the 20.5 thousand rubles they had already paid, supposedly to buy out the unexpectedly more expensive tours. The elderly people had to cancel their tours, as such financial “injections” were beyond their means.

Then, instead of honestly returning the money (a total of 478.8 thousand rubles), the head of Kaissa-Tours simply disappeared. She does not appear in the office and does not answer phone calls.

Relatives of the pensioners who suffered, in order to soften the bitterness of the vile act of the travel agency, bought them vouchers to Turkey for 8 days. And while the elderly are basking in the gentle Turkish sun, the relatives of the victims are trying to collect financial compensation in full from Kaissa Tours. However, so far without success.
