The Turkish province of Antalya, based on the results of 2013, confidently confirmed its leading position among all regions of the country in terms of visits by foreign tourists, demonstrating an enviable growth of 7,5% compared to 2012.
In total, 2013 million 12 thousand foreign tourists visited Antalya resorts (Antalya, Alanya, Kemer, Belek, Konyaalti, Kas, etc.) in 66. The most popular tourist destinations for Antalya's beautiful beach resorts and legendary cultural monuments were Russian citizens (3 million 338 thousand 166 people). Germany (2 million 834 thousand 413 people) and the Netherlands (547 thousand 370 people) are in second and third place in the attendance register.
If we analyze the percentage increase in visits to Antalya by citizens of a particular country, then Israel is clearly in the lead in this indicator, showing a 193% increase compared to the previous year: from 27 to 335 people.
