Roscosmos announced the launch of a lunar program with new partners.

Vladimir Mitin, Deputy Head of Roscosmos's Manned Programs Directorate, stated in a recent interview that in the coming years, Russia will focus on developing its lunar program, which, in addition to launching unmanned probes, also includes lunar visits by astronauts. Mitin noted that Russia will explore the Moon together with new partners, but did not specify which ones.

"We'll soon have a lunar program planned. We're exploring these issues with our new partners.", - said Mitin, adding that in Federal Space Program A number of corresponding changes will be made.

Let us add that although Mitin did not name the new partner countries of the Russian Federation in the exploration of the Moon, but experts are cautiously suggesting that it will most likely be either China or India, or perhaps both.
