Kusadasi is a relatively small Turkish port town located on the coast of a magnificent bay of the Aegean Sea. The name of the city is translated from Turkish as "Bird Island". Kusadasi on the map of Turkey is located in the province of Aydin, just 90 kilometers south of the large city of Izmir (the third largest city in the country by population).
