Your extreme adventure will begin with a trip to the Olympos National Park, where you will be lifted to the legendary Mount Tahtala, reaching a height of 2370 meters. From the top of Tahtala, stunning views of the Mediterranean coast, nature and other colorful corners of Turkey open up. It is interesting to add that the mountain itself is considered the ideal and highest point in all of Europe for this exciting adventure. As soon as you arrive at your destination, you will be lifted by cable car directly to its top, where your journey through the cloudy expanses will begin. The gentle slope of the mountain is very convenient for a run-up, since there are no various bumps and obstacles on it. How will the flight proceed?
The flight itself can only be carried out in a duet with an experienced and knowledgeable instructor. No matter how extreme and unusual it may seem, safety is a key factor in the flight and plays an important role in your adventure. Before the flight itself, you will be instructed in detail, shown what to do and how to accelerate before taking off. In addition, there will be a doctor at the top who will check your pulse, ask about your physical ailments and provide assistance if you suddenly feel unwell. During paragliding, the entire process will essentially be under the guidance of your instructor, you can relax and only occasionally engage in paraglider control. Contra-indications and limitations
Paragliding in Turkey can be done by almost every lover of thrills and stunning views, but there are some conditions and contraindications. Firstly, your height should not exceed two meters, and your weight should not exceed one hundred kilograms. In addition, people with heart problems or musculoskeletal problems are not allowed to paraglide. Tourists with asthma, epileptic seizures and an unstable nervous system are also strictly prohibited from flying. Children under ten years old and pregnant women are also strictly prohibited from flying. What should you take with you?
