This is evidenced by data published by the Bank of Russia on Thursday.
The historical minimum of reserves was recorded on April 2, 1999 ($10,7 billion), the absolute maximum was reached on August 8, 2008 ($598,1 billion). International reserves consist of assets in foreign currency, monetary gold, special drawing rights (SDR), reserve position in the IMF and other reserve assets.
The international reserves of the Russian Federation as of November 13 amounted to $364,1 billion, the Bank of Russia reported. This task can be accomplished within five to seven years, the Central Bank believes.
