The elected representatives of the State Duma propose to give additional days to vacation to Russians who have children. Thus, for one child three days of vacation are calculated, for two - six days, and for three or more - nine additional days of paid vacation. In this way, the parliamentarians intend to support the prestige of the institution of family.
"Parents, especially those with many children, do not have enough time, do not have enough money. This is how the state would express its support," Alimova believes.
Deputy Olga Alimova noted that she is prepared for the fact that employers may oppose the new law, citing material inconveniences. They will always look for their own benefit in everything, but the Russian Federation is a social state, Alimova summed up.
At the moment, additional vacation days are granted to law enforcement officers, polar explorers working in risky conditions. "I personally do not support it," V. Trapeznikov said. However, the Russian Federation already has low labor productivity, and additional vacations will not increase it.
