Jennifer Lopez's concert has begun at Almaty's Central Stadium. The performance was scheduled to begin at 19:00 PM, but started an hour and a half late, our website's correspondent reports.
After a warm-up set featuring DJs and the singer Sadraddin, the audience was warmed up by an empty stage and a few members of the technical crew who periodically appeared in the arena. Unable to bear the wait, the audience began chanting the singer's name.
Finally, the long-awaited artist and her team took to the stage.
J.Lo lit up the crowd with her hit "On the Floor," giving Almaty residents and visitors a whole host of emotions.
The enthusiastic audience greeted the American star with joyful cries.
"I'm so happy to see you and be here with you this evening. Will you sing with me? Will you dance with me?" J.Lo addressed the Almaty crowd.
Fans gave J.Lo several bouquets of flowers. The singer took them all and asked her assistant to place them in her room.

The singer was also asked to announce the gender of her first child by handing her an envelope. J.Lo opened the envelope and delighted the expectant parents with the exclamation, "It's a girl!"
