In Odessa, a 35-year-old ambulance paramedic was killed near a supermarket.

As reported by the head of the Main Directorate of the National Police, Dmitry Golovin, the disaster occurred in the Suvorovsky district of Odessa.

According to him, the murder took place in the Suvorovsky district of Odessa the previous evening. "The criminals inflicted 4 stab wounds to his subclavian region, from which he died in the ambulance," the statement said.

Colleagues of the deceased specified that Andrey Ovchinnikov worked as a paramedic at the 3rd substation in the ambulance brigade. Colleagues claim that the medical worker was attacked when he was receiving his salary from an ATM. This led to a conflict, which later took place near the supermarket building itself.

Three suspects in the murder were detained by police officers on the trail. "As a result of this domestic conflict, one of the offenders pulled out a knife and inflicted bodily injuries on the other," she said.
