Nurlan Saburov failed a language test in Russia.

On May 7, during a concert in Dubai, Kazakh comedian Nurlan Saburov revealed that he failed a language test in Russia, RIA Novosti reports.

The concert took place at the Dubai Opera.

"I support Russia's immigration policy. I tried to get official documents in Russia... I did it mainly for the tax authorities," shared by Nurlan Saburov.

According to the comedian, to obtain the documents he had to pass a Russian language test, which he attempted to take at the same time as his wife.

"My wife and I sat at the same desk... The questions were difficult, for example, when was the Baptism of Rus'... In the end, she passed, but I didn't." - he said.

During the concert, Nurlan Saburov repeatedly asked the audience not to film his passages, explaining that they could be taken out of context.

Entry ban to Russia

In February of this year, it was announced that Kazakhstani comedian Nurlan Saburov had been banned from entering Russia for 50 years. He was reportedly detained at Moscow's Vnukovo Airport, where he arrived from Dubai. He then flew to Almaty.

In April, the stand-up comedian visited his hometown of Stepnogorsk. Details of the visit later emerged.

His wife also came to Kazakhstan. Incidentally, at his recent concert in Dubai, Nurlan Saburov also commented on comedians in politics.
